We spotted an opportunity to repurpose iconic buildings into homes, so we
embarked on a mission to pursue it.
2016
How we started
Our company was founded to solve three problems, repurposing vacant buildings
into housing to create wealth-building opportunity for everyone.
2018
How we executed
Our founders, John, and Ike constructed a prototype on the 23rd floor of a
50-story
building in Dallas TX. Pleased with the results, they used the same blueprint to start
Bluelofts.
2023
Where we are now
Bluelofts is transforming over 2 million sq. ft. of iconic buildings into 1400+
apartments across 6 markets.
Future
Where we are going
Our journey started with the goal of making housing more accessible in Dallas,
TX,
enabling locals to own a piece of the city. We aim to expand nationwide with the same goal.
